Eutaw Construction Company, Inc. is currently seeking a  Front End Loader Operator. The applicant must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.

  • Operate heavy and light equipment including but not limited to material handler with grapple, loader, skid steers, sweepers, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
  • Operate equipment under minimal supervision loading and unloading trucks.
  • Inspect heavy equipment for safety issues on a daily basis and determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
  • Complete proper paperwork and maintenance records.
  • Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads.
  • Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
  • Promote a positive attitude and safe work environment.
  • Willing to travel 



  • 3+ years’ experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
  • Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent quality work.
  • Ability to define goals, meet urgent deadlines, organize and prioritize projects.
  • Must meet attendance schedules with dependability and consistency.
  • Flexible to work off hours, overtime and weekends, in an industrial environment which may include being outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions, work independently and multitask.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen test
